Package lab specimens for transport.
Keep records of results of all tests and do lab test logs each month.
Check lab supplies and order as necessary.
Clean, wrap and sterilize all instruments, quality control on autoclave.
Use free time available to assist other staff as needed.

Take EKG’s and mount them.

Know how to run all lab tests done at the clinic, and where to send tests not done at the clinic and which forms to fill out.
File lab results in charts.
Give all incoming lab results with the patient’s chart to the physicians.
Mail or fax lab results to other doctors and patients when needed.
